Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

1. Bookings
When booking an appointment at Beauty Conscious, a booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will also be used to cover the cancellation fee if you fail to give sufficient notice (see Cancellations & Rescheduling below).

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
2.1 Notice Requirement
Our time is as important as yours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hour’s notice. This allows us to offer the timeslot to someone else. The notice period starts from the time of your appointment. For example, if you are booked for 3pm on Thursday, you need to cancel or reschedule before 3pm on Tuesday.


2.2 Confirmation Reminder
We will send a text message confirmation 2 days prior to your appointment, giving you sufficient time to cancel or reschedule if needed. If you ignore this request and fail to cancel in time, the booking deposit will be used to cover the loss incurred by the business, including preparation time and any opened and prepared stock.

2.3 Pre-paid Packages
If you have a pre-paid package of services and fail to show up or do not provide sufficient notice to cancel, you will lose one service from the pre-paid package.

2.4 Multiple No-shows/Late Cancellations
If multiple no-shows or late cancellations occur, you may be required to pay for your appointment in full before a booking is accepted.


9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes to this Policy.
